All orders placed by you the customer this Website are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.

Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to Novus on any account have been paid.

On receipt of your order, prior to signing for your goods, please carefully check the supporting delivery note supplied by the carrier to ensure that the contents of your delivery corresponds to the items mentioned on the delivery note/packing slip. No responsibility can be accepted afterwards for short delivery if there is a discrepancy. All shortages must be reported by email to us within 24 hours. Claims for shortages must be supported by the carrier’s proof of delivery note on which the goods have been signed for as short.

“List Price” – any “list price” used on this Site represents the manufacturers’ suggested retail selling prices and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.

“Our Price” – despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item’s correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item’s correct price is higher than our quoted price, Novus will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience.

You “Save” – all references to your “savings” on this Site are based on your average savings relative to the “list price” excluding the VAT calculation.

We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the legal requirements, on every communication a valid ‘opt-out’ option will be provided.
